Train side Philosophy

Life is such a crazy thing. Everyone is born and travels through this world absolutely clueless. We pick up knowledge, hints, and tricks on how to successfully live in this world, but we are still as clueless as we began. It amazes me how we are all striving toward this same goal of happiness and meaning of existence, but instead of working together, most people will trample over the man next to them to get what they think they want/need.

Life is a constant struggle filled with positives and negatives that we all endure. We need to stop fearing that others in the world are there to steal our happiness and what we want. Instead, embrace your neighbours, share the knowledge you've accumulated, smile when you enter a crowded room. Chances are your life is better than you think. If we all helped each other instead of beating one another down, the world would be such a better place.
It's about collaboration. Working together to figure out what we are here to do. What I ask might sound like a utopian paradise, but isn't too farfetched.
Smile more, help that old lady across the street, share your happiness and knowledge with everyone you meet. We are all as confused and clueless as you may feel.

That's all the philosophy I have to share as I wait for this train. Take it as you will.

  1. Do you really think all our actions are done in order to achieve happiness? Is happiness the meaning of existence?

  2. Why else would you do something? I feel like it is always the core reason behind actions. One seeks knowledge in a certain area because it intrigues them and makes them happy. Individuals create relationships with others that make them happy. People take substances that make them feel happy or remove themselves from the unhapiness that is their reality. I do believe finding happiness is a large factor in existence.
